【中文摘要】 建立了靈芝發(fā)酵菌絲三萜類化合物含量的檢測方法。方法以齊墩果酸作為標準品,用香草醛-高氯酸發(fā)色體系進行比色,確定靈芝發(fā)酵菌絲三萜含量測定的實驗條件。結(jié)果三萜類在20-140ug范圍內(nèi)有很好的線性關(guān)系,y=0.005x-0.019 r=0.998結(jié)論本法簡便、準確、重復性好,可用于靈芝發(fā)酵菌絲三萜類含量的檢測,以鑒定靈芝的品質(zhì)及其產(chǎn)品的三萜含量。

【英文摘要】 objective: To establish a method of quantitative analysis of triterpernoid in mycelia of Ganoderma lucidum.Method : the content of triterpenoid in mycelia in Ganoderma lucidum was estimated by using the colorimetric method of vanillin perchloric acid under the conditions of oleanolic acid as a standard.Result: its standard curve was A=0.005C-0.019 with a relativity coefficient of 0.998 and the liner range was between 20140ug.Conclusion: this method is proved to have the advantages of easy operation,high accuracy and well repeatability and it can be used for the quantitative analysis of triterpenoid in mycelia of Ganoderma lucidum.
