【中文摘要】 平菇(Pleurotus sapidus)、香菇(Lentinus edodes)及其融合子后代子實(shí)體的細(xì)胞學(xué)觀察表明:平菇、香菇的擔(dān)子細(xì)胞及核分裂行為均屬正常,而融合子后代的擔(dān)子細(xì)胞發(fā)生異常,其擔(dān)子細(xì)胞頂端出現(xiàn)粗大伸長(zhǎng)的擔(dān)子梗,其中有的形成一個(gè)孢子。處于終變期的染色體收縮成小球狀,其數(shù)目多于雙親染色體,分裂后期出現(xiàn)落后染色體,融合子后代子實(shí)體不形成孢子印,鏡檢發(fā)現(xiàn)有少數(shù)孢子。融合子所產(chǎn)生的孢子與雙親的孢子相比較,在形態(tài)特征及大小上均有較顯著的差異。

【英文摘要】 The cytological observation of fusants progeny fruitbody from intergeneric protoplast fusion of Pleurotus sapidus and Lentinus edodes showed that basidium cells and nucleus division of Pleurotus sapidus and Lentinus edodes were normal. But the basidium cells of fusant were unnormal. An elongated and thick sterigma on the apex of basidium was observed and some of which formed a spore. The chromosomes in diakinesis phase were contracted as a small sphere. While the number of chromosome in the fusants was more than that of their parents and lagging chromosomes were found during mciotic anaphusc. Spore print could not be formed from fruitbody of fusaut progeny althrough a few spores were found under microscope inspection and spores from fusants were different in size and morphology with those from their parents.
