【中文摘要】 分別采用四氯化碳(CCl4)和北京紅星二鍋頭誘導(dǎo)小鼠肝損傷,比色法測(cè)定血清中丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(ALT)、天門(mén)冬氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(AST)的含量;肝臟中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和丙二醛(MDA)濃度,并作肝組織切片病理觀察。亮菌多糖ATPS-2(25mg/kg、50mg/kg、100mg/kg)給藥明顯降低小鼠血清中升高的ALT和AST水平,抑制肝臟中上升的MDA水平和提高過(guò)低的SOD活性。病理檢查結(jié)果顯示亮菌多糖ATPS-2有明顯的保肝作用。亮菌多糖ATPS-2對(duì)小鼠四氯化碳肝損傷和酒精肝損傷均具有顯著的保護(hù)作用。

【英文摘要】 Adopting CCl4 and alcoholic to establish CCl4 and alcoholic liver injury model in mice respectively, colorimetric method assay the content of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST), the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondiadehyde (MDA) consistent of liver homogenate in mice, and liver tissue pathological section were studied. Polysaccharide ATPS-2 from Armillariella tabescens (25mg/kg,50mg/kg,100mg/kg) administration was obviously reduced the high level of ALT and AST in serum, the high level of MDA was inhibited and the low activity of SOD in liver homogenate was increased. Patholory inspection result indicated that polysaccharide ATPS-2 from Armillariella tabescens exert notable influenced on CCl4 and alcoholic liver injury in mice. Polysaccharide GEP-2 from Armillariella tabescens had apparently protective effects on CCl4 and alcoholic induced liver injury in mice.
