【中文摘要】 通過對H11、H5.28、H401、H901及Hsm 5個猴頭菌株進行栽培學及主要營養(yǎng)成分等重要性狀比較,選出H5.28為最優(yōu)菌株。其現(xiàn)蕾速度快、生產(chǎn)周期短、子實體產(chǎn)量高、營養(yǎng)豐富,適于在生產(chǎn)上推廣。

【英文摘要】 After the comparison study on the cultivation characteristics and nutrient content of 5 Hericium erinaceus strains, H5.28 was proved to be the most excellent strain with more rapid fructification rate, shorter cultivation period, the highest yield and abundant nutrients. So it was concluded that H5.28 was more suitable for commercial cultivation in 5 strains.
