【中文摘要】 研究了食用菌接種和糙皮側(cè)耳 (Pleurotusostreatus)生料栽培過程中得克斯消毒劑的抑菌效果。結(jié)果表明 ,B型配方 ( 3g/m3)煙熏消毒效果達(dá) 10 0 % ,D型配方 ( 0 .1% )對木霉等 5種雜菌的抑菌效果均達(dá) 10 0 % ,對糙皮側(cè)耳菌株CCEF - 89無抑制作用。栽培試驗表明 ,D型配方( 0 .1% )拌料處理 ,污染率 <1% ,比多菌靈處理增產(chǎn) 2 3.9% ;噴施 0 .1%～ 0 .15%D型藥液 ,防病效率比常用消毒劑高 35%。

【英文摘要】 The bacteriostasis effect of DCCNa disinfectant for fumigation and spraying at inoculation and cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus with raw materials was studied. The results showed that the fumigation disinfecting effect of formula B with the dosage of 3g/m 3 reached 100%, and that the bacteriostasis effect of formula D with the concentration of 0.1% on Trichoderma viride., Penicillium sp., Aspergillus flavus, Neurospora sp. and Mycogone perniciosa was about 100% with no checking effect on Pleurotus ostreatus growth. While the cultivation test showed that the contamination rate of the compost mixed with the disinfectant of formula D at the concentration of 0.1% was below 1%, and the yield increased by a factor of 23.9% than that of the carbendazim treatment, and that the disease preventing effect of the disinfectant of formula D sprayed at the concentration of 0.1%～15% was increased by a factor of 35% than that of the commom disinfectant treatment.
