【中文摘要】 研究了白靈側(cè)耳菌絲營養(yǎng)生理特性。結(jié)果表明,白靈側(cè)耳菌絲生長適宜的碳源是葡萄糖和甘露醇;適宜的氮源是酵母膏和蛋白胨;適宜的無機鹽為KH2PO4和ZnSO4;菌絲生長的最佳溫度為23.8℃,最適pH為6.6,培養(yǎng)料最適含水量為68.6%。

【英文摘要】 The mycelium physiological property of Pleurotus nebrodensis(Inzengae) Quèl.was studied in this paper.The results showed that the suitable carbon sources for the mycelium growth of P.nebrodensis were glucose and mannitol,the suitable nitrogen sources were yeast extract and peptone,and the suitable minerals were KH_2PO_4 and ZnSO_4,the optimal temperature and pH for the mycelium growth of P.nebrodensis was 23.8℃ and 6.6, and the optimal water content was 68.6%.
