【摘要】 通過野外調查、菌種分離及室內試驗觀察,對亞樹花生態(tài)特性、形態(tài)、顯微結構及培養(yǎng)特征進行了研究。結果表明,在豫南,亞灰樹花多發(fā)生于夏季闊葉樹林內,其子實體大型,由菌蓋、菌柄組成,單系菌絲。菌管較短,子實層由擔子及擔孢子組成,無囊狀體。在PSA培養(yǎng)基上,菌落白色,絨狀,具菌絲束及放射狀紋,營養(yǎng)菌絲無色透明,有分枝,具橫隔,無鎖狀聯(lián)合?；鶅染z無色透明,多分枝,無鎖狀聯(lián)合,可產生厚壁孢子。

【Abstract】 A study on the biological characteristc of Meripilus giganteus was achieved.The results showed that the fungus had large sporocarps.It usually occured in broadleaf forests in summer.Its sporocarps were constituted with one kind of hypha and with strong fragrance.Its hyphal system was monomitic,with lock connections absent throughout.The alimentation hyphas were achromaticity,transparence,embranchment and with septas.The hyphas in the air were unbent and the most hyphas in medium were bent at cul...
